Both the aforementioned petitions have been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners for the newly added offences punishable under Sections 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code(for short-IPC) in case FIR No.200 dated 21.07.2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 read with Section 120-B IPC, at Police Station City Khanna, District Khanna.

anticipatory bail in this case vide order dated 17.11.2017 passed in CRMM-32214-2017 and CRM-M-31301-2017. Thereafter the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468 and 471 IPC were added in this case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have already joined the investigation.

As the case is based on documentary evidence, custodial interrogation of the petitioners for newly added offences is not required.

Keeping in view the above facts but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, both these petitions are allowed. Order dated 21.04.2018 passed in both the petitions are made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:-

(i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by the police as and when required;

¶34

(ii) that the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

¶35

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;

¶36

(iv) that the petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
