Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondents, who are accused in complaint filed by the petitioner, had tampered with certain documents in connivance with ahlmad of the Court.
Even if I accept the above submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, it does not make out any ground for transfer of the case from the Court of Mr. Hem Amrit Mahi, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, where it is pending. Proceedings against concerned ahlmad have been initiated and will be dealt with in accordance with law by the competent authority.
No other argument has been advanced by learned counsel for the
petitioner.
Both the petitions have no merit and the same are dismissed.
