As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioners did not come forward to collect dasti summons. On 24.04.2018, learned counsel for the petitioners was not present and it was ordered that it shall be the responsibility of the petitioners to serve the respondent, failing which the revision petition shall be dismissed for non-prosecution.
As per order dated 24.04.2018 passed by this Court, since service of notice has not been affected, hence, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
