The present revision petition is directed against order dated 23.03.2016 allowing the amendment in the plaint subject to the cost of ` 1,000/- , which has already been received by the counsel for the petitionerdefendant.
It has been brought to the notice of this Court that amended written statement has also been filed.
Keeping in view the aforementioned facts, the present revision petition is not maintainable and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
