Petitioner had claimed consideration for allotment of a residential plot under the oustees quota pursuant to an advertisement issued on 10.7.2006. For seeking the said relief, he filed CWP 6178/2015 wherein in the light of stand of the respondents that the petitioner did not apply for consideration pursuant to the advertisement issued on 10.7.2006, his claim for such consideration was not maintainable, however, the petitioner had applied under the oustees quota against the advertisement issued on 27.11.2011 qua which a Division Bench of this Court disposed of the writ petition vide order dated 19.11.2015 with a direction for consideration of the case of the petitioner under the oustees quota in accordance with law pursuant to advertisement dated 27.11.2011.
At the time of hearing counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present contempt so as to enable his client to seek relevant information under the Right to Information Act.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
