Present: Ms. Priyanka Sadar, AAG Punjab.
Notice issued to the petitioner has been received back with the report “service has been effected through brother” vis-à-vis notices issued to respondents 3 and 4 have been received back with the report “service has not been effected as the firm stands closed.”
None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Since Arihant Cotsyn Limted, Ludhiana, Respondent No.2 is stated to have been closed, no effective relief can be granted to the petitioner.
In the situation, the writ petition is ordered to be consigned to record. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to get it revived, if need be.
