The petitioner has challenged an order dated 30.10.2017 by which his review application was dismissed by respondent No. 1 i.e. the Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Department of Country and Town Planning, Haryana. 2. It is not necessary to refer to the facts in detail. Suffice it to note that the petitioner had filed CWP-9627-2017 challenging the order dated 27.04.2011 allowing a revision filed by HUDA. The effect thereof was that the order of resumption dated 29.12.2005 was upheld. CWP-9627-2017 was disposed of by an order of this Court dated 12.07.2017. The petitioner withdrew the same to avail of the alternate remedy of filing a review before respondent No. 1.
