In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 644 dated 08.07.2017, registered under Section 406 and 120-B IPC (Section 420 IPC added lateron ) at Police Station City Hisar, District Hisar.
Heard.
In compliance of the order dated 28.09.2017 of this Court, learned counsel for complainant-respondent No. 2, has filed affidavit of respondent No. 2 in Court today. The same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place. Learned counsel submits that in view of compromise in between the parties, he has no objection if the order dated 01.08.2017, passed by this Court, granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute.
