The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.64 dated 23.03.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 177, 420, 456, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Jagraon.
Heard.
Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she has instructions from Head Constable Surjeet Singh to submit that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and Sachin Mehta 2017.02.08 17:12 the order dated 24.05.2016 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH
