Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 2 to 5 to investigate the matter and take action against the private respondents No. 6 to 8, in case FIR No. 81 dated 14.03.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act, 200 and Section 292-A and 501(a) IPC at Police Station Ambala Cantt., District Ambala.
On instructions from HC Chander, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, as challan has already been presented in the trial Court on 18.08.2017, against respondents No. 6 to 8 and the next date of haring is 07.02.2018, for framing of charge.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having
rendered infructuous.
