Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.38 dated 09.04.2016 under Sections 302 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
From the record, I find that the present petitioner is one of the main accused. The complainant and deceased were having dinner and some altercation took place with the present petitioner Ravinder Singh, who is owner of a dhaba , upon which, his servants Gora and Sammi started pushing them and in the meantime, Sammi, servant of Ravinder Singh, brought the sword and gave blow on Jaspal Singh, who died.
