Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to ensure the liberty and security of the petitioner and his father at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 6.
Learned State counsel contends that statement of the petitioner was recorded in the hospital, after receipt of medical ruqa on 27.11.2016. In his statement, the petitioner told the Investigating Officer, that he would come to the police station for his statement, but till date, he has not turned
up for the said purpose, therefore, the instant petition is not maintainable.
