This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 3 dated 08.03.2017, under Sections 498-A/406 IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell Ferozepur.
Learned State counsel, on instructions, has informed that in compliance of order dated 14.04.2017 passed by this Court, the petitioners had joined the investigation on 21.04.2017 and they are no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the said fact, interim order dated 14.04.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions, as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C
However, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh bail bonds
