Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 35 dated 30.01.2017 under Sections 366/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala.
Learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioners have joined investigation on 23.05.2017. Further the prosecutrix is residing in matrimonial house with petitioner No. 1 as his wife.
In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 29.03.2017 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
However, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
