period of two weeks, in case there is no stay in LPA. The benefits granted to the petitioner shall be subject to final decision in LPA. The necessary benefits be released to the petitioner within a period of two months thereafter.
Disposed of accordingly.
However, in case, non-compliance of order is there, the
petitioner is at liberty to move application for revival of the contempt petition.
