This appeal was adjourned sine die vide order dated 07.01.2015. A detailed order was passed giving reasons of adjourning it sine die. Despite notice, the appellant or his counsel could not be traced. Attempts were also made to get the whereabouts of appellant by serving his counsel in the lower Court which have also failed.
In view of above, the appeal is dismissed for want of
prosecution.
