State of Haryana and others). They jointly pray for disposal of the present appeal in terms of the order dated 27.11.2015 passed by this Court in Ram Kanwar's case (supra).
In view of the abovesaid common stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, present appeal is disposed of in terms of the order dated 27.11.2015 passed by this Court in Ram Kanwar's case (supra).
