Review of the judgment of this Court has been sought on the ground that along with the appeal an application seeking to lead additional evidence was filed, the same remained undecided. It is not in dispute that when the appeal was taken up for hearing, none represented the applicantsappellants either to press the application or even raise any arguments in the appeal. The appeal was decided along with the accompanying cases pertaining to the same acquisition. No ground for review is made out. The application is accordingly dismissed. Consequently, the application for delay in filing the review application is also dismissed.
