Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide representation, Annexure P-4.
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted
that this petition has been rendered infructuous as representation, Annexure P-4, has been decided by the respondents and petitioner has been treated at par with Harish Kumar Sharma and an amount of `2,08,033/- has been paid to the petitioner vide cheque dated 18.02.2016.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
