Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in spite of possible attempts, he has not been able to contact the petitioner. In the circumstances, counsel submits that this writ petition be consigned to record with liberty to him to get it revived in case of need.
For the stand taken by the learned counsel, this writ petition be consigned to the record. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to get it revived in case of need.
