Present: Mr. Bahadur Singh, Advocate For the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-workman submits that the Haryana State Federation of Consumers Cooperative Wholesale Store Limited, SCO No.1006-07, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh has since been closed down and the services of the employees have since been terminated. In that view of the matter, counsel submits that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous as he cannot be granted any relief.
In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous and be consigned to the record room. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to get it revived in case of need.
