Grievance of the petitioner is against non-payment of `Annuity'

in lieu of the acquisition of their land by the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited for setting up `2800 Mega Watt Gorakhpur Atomic Power Project'.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2-Corporation on the basis of written instructions states that `Annuity' has since been released to all the affected land owners and non-payment in some of the cases is for want of requisite documents etc.
