The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the entire election proceedings conducted in Ward No.1, Ganaur, where, elections have been held on 21.05.2016 and subsequently, respondent No.7 has been declared as winning candidate i.e. Municipal Commissioner of Ward No.1, Municipal Committee, Ganaur.
