This criminal writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of Sunita Devi (detenue) step-mother of the petitioner from the illegal custody of respondents No.6 to 8 and further for appointing Warrant Officer for the search of premises of respondents No.6 & 8 or any other places as pointed out by the petitioner for the release of Sunita Devi.
Notice of motion has been issued in this case.
