Mr. Paramjit Singh, Assistant Manager Faridkot Central Cooperative Bank Limited, Branch Jaitu, District Faridkot.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the disputed amount in the sum of Rs.31,325/- has been deposited with the respondent-bank. Fine amounting to Rs.1,500/- has also been deposited. The aforesaid statement made by the Counsel has been accepted by Sh. Paramjit Singh, Assistant Manager, Central Cooperative Bank Limited. The grievance of the complainant, thus, stands satisfied. Since the amount has been paid, the complaint does not survive. Consequently, order of conviction and sentence awarded by the courts below are set aside and revisionist is acquitted of the charge leveled against him. The revision petition is, accordingly, accepted.
