Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a complaint case bearing Criminal Complaint No.878 dated 17.4.2012 titled as Pardeep Kumar v Ashok Mahajan registered with Police Station Division No.2, District Pathankot, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, pending before the Court of learned JMIC, Pathankot.
Regular bail granted to the petitioner has been cancelled due to the solitary absence on 7.12.2015 in a proceeding for dishonouring of cheque of Rs.2 lacs.
Vide order dated 21.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.
