ASI Sukhdev Singh, that four other charge-sheeted accused persons, namely, Manga, Baljeet Singh @ Bitta, Prithvi Singh and Gurinder Singh are already on bail on similar allegations.
The petitioner, who has remained in detention for 07 months by now, is therefore ordered to be be released on bail to the satisfaction of Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Kapurthala, subject to imposition of any other precautionary terms and conditions as he may deem
fit.
