Mr. Jain submits that the matter in question which is sought to be transferred by the petitioner has since been disposed of through judgment dated 21.7.2016 and has placed on record attested copy of the same which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to refute the same.
Since the present petition has become infructuous, the same is
dismissed.
