An undertaking has been given on behalf of respondent No.2 that a fresh bank draft of Rs.75000/- will be handed over to the petitioner/ investigating officer within a period of two weeks.
In view of said undertaking, this petition is disposed of at this stage observing that in case of non compliance of the undertaking, respondent No.2 would be liable for breach of undertaking under the Contempt of Courts Act, besides other consequences, as per law.
