In view of the above circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction that SP, Sirsa will look into the grievance of the petitioner as reflected in Annexure P-1 dated 1.1.2016. It will be appreciated in case a fair decision is taken within a period of three months after the receipt of a copy of this order.
