The present petition under Section 482, Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioners, for quashing of FIR No. 24, dated 15.01.2015 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506, IPC, registered at Police Station, Ballabgarh City, District Faridabad, and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise.
The report from learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad, has been received. Statement of complainant, Shrishti Kaushik and accused company through joint statement of Amit Seth, Surender Seth, Directors and Vipin Chauhan, General Manager, have been recorded. It is stated that the parties have entered into compromise and the same is without any pressure or coercion. It was a money dispute.
