Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 19 dated 03.03.2015, registered under Sections 498-A, 420, 494, 120-B IPC, Police Station Women Cell, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 08.4.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated.

Compromise has been effected before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Amritsar. Both the parties are present today.

Looking to all these circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 08.4.2015 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
