Learned counsel for the petitioner passed on copies of the orders rendered in RSA Nos.2656 of 1988 and 2653 of 1988 which are taken on record. He submits that application under Section 10 of Code of Civil Procedure was filed during the pendency of the aforementioned Regular Second Appeals. He further submits that during the interregnum, the parties have compromised the matter.
In view of the aforementioned statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision is disposed of as infructuous.
