Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant is unable to deposit the amount and that the company has gone into liquidation.
The petition is, therefore, dismissed. The dismissal, however, shall not prejudice the right of the liquidator of the company to take appropriate steps or to file appropriate proceedings.
