As per office note recorded twice over on January 15, 2015 and May 08, 2015 learned counsel for the appellants has not collected the fresh docket along with notices for publication for January 16, 2015. That date is long over which compels this Court to fix a fresh date for publication for service of R-1.
If counsel knew on May 09, 2014 that there is a defect in the docket, no steps were taken to cure the defect.
The learned counsel is reminded that R-1 was permitted to be served through publication in 'The Tribune' by an order dated July 05, 2013 and no effective steps have been taken so far. This indicates that the appellants are not interested in serving the respondent and they are not
