The instant letters patent appeal is preferred against the interlocutory order dated 12.05.2015 whereby learned Single Judge has admitted the appellants' writ petition but has vacated the stay as a result whereof the appellants stand reverted to their original cadre of Assistant Lineman from Shift Attendant, namely, the post against which they were permanently transferred.
We have heard learned counsel for the appellants and gone through the records.
We are satisfied that no interference in the

discretion exercised by learned Single Judge is called for. However, in the interest of justice, liberty is granted to the appellants to seek out of turn hearing of the writ petition after
