The grievance of the petitioners in this case is that lot of irregularities and illegalities have been committed in the matter of allotment of 100 square yard residential plots to the families of Scheduled Castes and those living below poverty line, in village Panhari, Block Barwala, District Hisar. The aforesaid issue has been raised by the petitioners vide representation dated 05.12.2014 (Annexure P-3).

In view of the specific allegations made by the petitioners against certain persons, however, without expressing any views on the merits of each allegations especially when those allottees have not been heard at this stage, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Hisar, to seek a fact-finding enquiry through an officer; look into the allegations made by the petitioners and take an appropriate action in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of four months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
