This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to get the detenue, namely, Samina released as she is in illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 9.

Keeping in view the statement made by the alleged detenue-Samina, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same being devoid of any merit is, hereby, dismissed.
