Instant petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising out of FIR No.03 dated 04.01.2014 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC (Section 376 IPC added later on) at Police Station Madlaudha, District Panipat.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is
behind bars since 18.01.2014 and trial has not concluded yet.
Per contra, learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from ASI Ramesh Chander, states that out of 20 prosecution witnesses 18 witnesses have been examined and now the case is fixed for

The trial is at the fag end and there are serious allegations of
murder and rape against the petitioner.
In view of above, no ground for grant of concession of regular
bail to the petitioner is made out.
