Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 19.10.2015, the petitioners have joined investigation. The factum of joining investigation has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Rajpal.
Learned State counsel opposes grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners on the ground that it is to be verified as to who appeared on behalf of the petitioners whereas as per case of the petitioners, they themselves appeared and it cannot be said in any manner that somebody else has appeared on their behalf as their

signatures might have changed with the long lapse of time.
Admittedly, all the documents are in the custody of State or the Investigating Agency. Specimen signatures have also been obtained and nothing is to be recovered from the petitioners.
