Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.57 dated 08.07.2014 registered at Police Station Behram, District SBS Nagar under Sections 406, 4987A IPC.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, Police Station Behram submits that the accused/petitioners had brought the articles detailed by the complainant in her list given to the police at the time of registration of the case and has placed on record attested copy of the same and that the details of these articles were

duly incorporated by the Investigating Officer in his proceedings undertaken on 26.04.2015 and has also placed on record the original of the same and on tallying the same learned counsel for the complainant could not differentiate over the number of articles though the complainant who is present in Court has sought to rake up an issue that they were different articles and not the one which were given to her by her parents regarding which she could not bring to the notice of this Court any tangible evidence.

It is submitted by the learned State counsel that the petitioners have since then joined investigations in compliance of the previous orders dated 07.10.2014 and are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.

In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 07.10.2014 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
