Petitioner is alleged to have sold 10 kgs. of poppy husk recovered from his co-accused Ram Kumar and Subhash.
Pursuant to the interim order dated 28.8.2015, he has already joined investigation as per the instructions imparted by ASI Dharamvir Singh to State counsel.
The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 28.8.2015 is hereby made absolute. It is ordered that in case of arrest of the the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions that he will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner.
