This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5.

Section 164 Cr.P.C. on 17.11.2015 before Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, she is happy in her matrimonial life. She has also stated in the statement that no such incident occurred with her and a wrong complaint was made. A false story was concocted because of her marriage with petitioner No.1.

In view of the statement of petitioner No.2 recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and also the fact that both the petitioners have solemnized marriage as per their free will and complaint was made by uncle of petitioner No.2, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to ensure the protection of the petitioners, if necessary.
