The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.219 dated 07.11.2014 under Sections 447, 336, 511, 148 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar, Patiala.
Admittedly, the investigation has not been completed and the same is in progress. To interfere at this stage would amount to interference with the investigation.
When the Court is not inclined to accept the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he wants to withdraw this petition at this stage.
