Kamal Kishore Vs State of Haryana & Ors.

Petitioner, a resident of Village Muradgarh,Tehsil Indri, District Karnal has invoked jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking a direction to the authorities/respondents 2 and 3 to take action against Sarpanch and Halqa Patwari, respondents 4 and 5 on the basis of allegations in a representation (P-3) submitted by the petitioner to the District Administration.

Upon notice, Deputy Commissioner,Karnal has filed his affidavit stating therein that allegation of illegal cutting of trees standing on shamlat land was properly investigation and nothing incriminating was found against the alleged suspects. With regard to illegal appointment of Chowkidar and Sevadar of Village, it was found

that proper approval had been obtained from the Panchayat Samiti.
