Allegations against the petitioner Rajbir in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.345 dated 28.09.2013 registered at Police Station Sadar Rohtak under Sections 302/34 IPC read with Section 25 of the Arms Act and Sections 3(1)(I) and 3(1)(X) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 are that he caught hold of the deceased Yogesh whereas his co=accused has given the blow.
