Prayer is for grant of regular bail in case FIR no.331 dated 26.9.2014 under Sections 22/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985, PS Kotwali,Bathinda.
There is recovery of 24 bottles of Rexcof and 140 tablets of Carisol, which is concededly commercial in nature. Petitioner is stated to be in custody since 26.9.2014.
Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Satpal Singh submits that entire prosecution evidence is over.
In view of the trial being at the fag end,learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
