has received a draft of �6.00 lacs bearing No.724551 dated 11.08.2015 (a copy of which has been placed on the record) and which is duly acceded to by learned counsel representing the complainant Mr.Rakesh Gupta, Advocate as well as learned State counsel.

In view of the aforesaid, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.05.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The petition stands disposed off accordingly.
