Plaintiff has filed the present revision aggrieved by the order dated 20.10.2014 (P-2) passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) Nakodar whereby application of applicant-Malkiat Gupta-respondent no.2 for review of the order dated 8.1.2014 (P-1) has been disposed of with the modification that he has now been permitted to be impleaded as a proper party.
It is averred that the order dated 8.1.2014 (P-1) was challenged by respondent no.2 before this Court on two occasions by filing Civil Revisions and on both the occasions this Court was not inclined to interfere leading to withdrawal of the revision petitions vide orders dated 21.3.2014 (P-3) and 27.5.2014(P-4).
This Court on the previous date of hearing had directed the petitioner/plaintiff to place on record certified documents which have yet not been placed. RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI
