Plaintiff petitioner is in revision aggrieved by the order dated 14.5.2014(P-2) passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)Ludhiana whereby in a suit for possession by specific performance, plaintiff has been granted last opportunity for recording of her evidence. Further prayer is for directing the trial Court to first decide application (P-1) moved by her inter alia praying therein to discard the cross examination conducted on the plaintiff and other witnesses beyond the question of readiness and willingness.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
